Accessing the server control panel (current hosting)

Current Hosting 

Servers on our current hosting platform use a control panel called Virtualmin. Your login credentials were included in your welcome email at signup. If you've misplaced that email and need help accessing your control panel, shoot us an email and we'd be happy to help!

Next-Gen Hosting

When we built the next-gen hosting platform from the ground up, we did so with a focus on site and server speed. Because we know that pre-built control panels such as cPanel and Virtualmin can cause performance problems and slow down your site, we opted not to include those on the new platform. 

Our development team is working on a custom dashboard that will allow you to manage your site  without those performance issues. In the meantime, our support team is available to help with common control panel tasks (setting up new sites, upgrading PHP, etc.). Just shoot us an email, and we'd be happy to help!
