Accessing the server control panel

When we built our hosting platform from the ground up, we did so with a focus on site and server speed. Because we know that pre-built control panels such as cPanel and Virtualmin can cause performance problems and slow down your site, we opted not to include those on the new platform. 

Even without a control panel you have several self-service options:

• You can manage files via SFTP; let us know if you need SFTP access for your site
• You can mange your database contents directly via phpMyAdmin, a web-based database tool. We don't install this by default on our servers (many folks don't need it) but are happy to do so on request.
• If you host your DNS at Cloudflare or another dedicated service, you can make DNS changes there (or grant us access and we'll be happy to make any necessary changes).
• You can use our secure card update form to update your billing details, and your invoices each month will contain links to view your billing history and past invoices.
