Because we believe backups are so important, we provide free backups for all of our hosting clients. These backups ensure you can sleep at night knowing your files can be restored.
Backups are run each night, and cover the entire server (all sites and database contents). We retain snapshots of backups as described below, allowing us to restore files that were removed / changed either recently, or up to a few months ago.

Using UpdraftPlus on your WordPress dashboard
In addition to the backups we provide, we suggest using UpdraftPlus for scheduled and one-time backups on your WordPress dashboard. This plugin is simple to use and seamlessly integrates with more than a dozen remote storage services.
