Providing email headers for suspicious emails

When troubleshooting email issues, especially those related to spam or malicious emails that appear to be coming from your account, it's often helpful to see the full headers from the original email. 

To do that in Gmail, follow these steps:

1. Open the message in question.

2. In the top-right corner of the message pain, click the down arrow next to Reply. 

3. Click Show original.

4. This will open a new window with the full headers. Right click anywhere in that window and click Select All. Right click again and select Copy. 

5. Close that window and paste the headers into a new email to us so we can help analyze those for you.
